ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. An email will be sent to let you know your order is on the way! Backordered items will be shipped separately at no additional cost once available.

SHIPPING:

We are currently shipping our products to both Canada and the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time but continue to reevaluate based on our customer needs.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (within Canada)

Orders are generally shipped within 3-9 business days via Canada Post or UPS.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before tax) otherwise, shipping is an $11.00 CAD flat fee (within Canada). All packages are tracked and shipped using Canada Post or UPS.

USA SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $150 CAD (before tax)

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order under $150 before tax will vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

**IMPORT DUTIES + TAXES:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. La Maison Baude is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Local delivery is available for customers within a 50km radius of our location. Enter your address at checkout to confirm eligibility.

Please allow 2-4 business days to process your order. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 10am - 4pm.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@lamaisonbaude.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
